Downloading data

Find out how to export data for offline analysis

If you want to export some data from our platform for for further analysis, then you can do so in CSV, XLSX and JSON formats.

We provide two variants of the data export; Basic and Detailed. All downloads will be restricted to the first 20,000 results.

To download an export just press the three dots next to your list name and select Download List from the menu.

You can download data directly from EXPLORE, ANALYSE and ML LISTS.

You will then be presented with the choice of format and detail level. If you choose CSV, you will receive a zip file with a number of separate CSV files, whereas the XLSX version will be one file with multiple sheets.

Basic

Within the basic download you will receive:

• A breakdown of the scoring system used by the classifier
• Details of the training set you provided when you creating the list e.g. which companies to include
• A basic column based view of the company data, such as; company number, url, registered address, funding data (where available) etc.

Detailed

• A breakdown of the scoring system used by the classifier
• Details of the training set you provided when you creating the list e.g. which companies to include
• A detailed column based view of the company data which includes all of the basic data, as well as yearly breakdowns of financial and employee data
• A row based version of the above company data
• Directors details for each of the companies within the list
